REX's Home Prep Program: How It Works
The Overview
We'll pay for a tailored home improvement plan to help get your home market ready. This includes stuff like deep cleaning, repair work, painting, lawn care, storage, and more.
The Details
REX will cover upfront improvement costs up to 1% of the home's value. You pay no upfront fees or interest payments. REX will recoup our investment either when your home sells, or listing agreement ends.
The Process
You will work with your REX Agent to determine if the Home Prep Program is right for you. Then we'll help determine what projects will most-likely help your home's sale. Once the home closes, you will pay the cost of services through escrow. In the event that your property does not sell or the Listing Agreement is terminated, REX will collect from the Seller any costs incurred by the home improvement work performed within 30 days.
